SHIPPING QUESTIONS
General Shipping Information: All orders are bespoke and will ship as soon as possible. Expect shipping within within 4-7 days on original work, 7-10 days for all art prints, and 7-12 days after order on all apparel and home goods. Upfront payment is required for all purchases (including items on back-order, pre-order, and wholesale purchases).
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All fine art sales (original art pieces) are final and cannot be returned.
All of our apparel items are bespoke. Please read all sizing guides carefully when ordering apparel.

Exchanges: If you need to exchange a product for a different size, please contact us at beck.graebner@gmail.com to start the process. Please note that all shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We will not accept exchanges more than three weeks after ship date.
We will not exchange pillows of different sizes. Used merchandise cannot be exchanged.
Returns: If you choose to return your item, shipping the item back to us will be the responsibility of the customer. We will not accept returns more than three weeks after ship date. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless proven defective.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE
Damaged/Defective Item: If your item arrives and seems misprinted, damaged, or defective, PLEASE notify us at within three weeks of purchase date to submit a claim. Email us at beck.graebner@gmail.com
We will not accept claims after 4 weeks of purchase date.
ADDRESS GOOFS AND LOST MAIL
Wrong or Insufficient Address: If the address that is provided to us is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned. The customer will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
For packages lost in transit: Email us at beck.graebner@gmail.com within 4 weeks of estimated delivery date to submit a claim.
PRIVACY POLICY
We respect the privacy of its customers and we do not share customer account with any outside affiliates or individuals.
COMMISSIONS
Commissions are take in the order in which they are received. When the client is contacted to start the commission process, they must reply within 14 business days, otherwise their place in line will be forfeit.
The client will receive updates on their piece in the form of emails, and/or texts, and photographs.
Payment for the commission is due upon completion.
Final price of a commission depends on size, medium, cost of special materials, and shipping requirements.
The artist reserves the right to terminate a client-artist commission project without warning.
